Sparkling Cherry!

Started another batch of Cherry last week, one of our Favs...this time decided to Sparkle it, was sooo much fun last time!

Transfered to carboy today, so another week or so then bottle and let the magic begin! Got to havea red to go with the cases of white Sparkling Wine! Will be interesting to see what flavor is like on this one!

What did you make the Cherry Wine out of....?????? Concentrate??? Store bought juice????


I wish now I would have **Sparkled*** some of the last batch we bottled....Niagara/Raspberry....Next time.

Local store here had cans of Oregon fruit on sale, used those and Old Orchard Apple/Cherry juice. This should just about use all my bottles available, better start digging around for more...or drinking more champagne!
