What do you all do with your spent oak chips, cubes, spirals? I'm thinking of saving and throwing in my bbq next time I light it up.
 
That's exactly what I do with mine. Air dry them then store in plastic containers to be used on the grill. Roy

Yep, same here. Wine soaked oak is particularly good on beef. I tend to go with fruit woods for pork and/or chicken though.
 
I use them in the smoker or use them in the grille.
