spraying a copper solution??

if grapes have been sprayed with a copper solution how long after spray would it be safe to use grapes or would it be safe???

Why were they sprayed w/ copper and at what concentration?

not sure to be honest I asked what they had sprayed the other part of the vineyard with and he said a copper spray so not sure really, the guy on the tractor was going thru pretty quick nad he was doing it right up near the main part of the building where they have the tastings and sell wine have parties you know like any winery does all that good stuff

the copper spray is to prevent white powdery mildew. Late in season right as grapes are getting ripe the conditions are right for WPM. it can wipe stuff out fast

All the bottles of insecticide/fungicide say not to spray 2 weeks prior to fruit removal. I would believe a few good rains and 3 weeks should be fine but we are killing ourselves slowly with all this stuff.
