Hi, I am brand new at wine making and got into the hobby because I love wine - of course! I am using a Grand Cru vino del vida wine kit for pinot grigio. I made my transfer from primary bucket to carboy Sunday and followed kit instructions to add the sulphite and potassium sorbate. I degassed and then added the kieselsol and chitosan; degassed wine again. I've watched the video and have read quite a bit on this forum. The video indicates another 2 week wait after stabilizing, racking wine againand THEN adding the clearing ingredients. Did I add the clearing agents too soon? There was no mention in my instructions to do that. Thanks for any advice.
