Mixed up a batch of star-san last night how long is it good for if stored

I mix a gallon at a time. Lasts several months. I love it. Get a spray bottle too.

Star San is good as long as the pH is less than 3.0. I don't have any clue how long that takes, but I have some about 45 days old that is still good.

Everything I've read said it depends on the water you use. If you use R/O or distilled water it can last for several months. As long as the ph stays below 3 it remains effective. Some say that it needs to be clear as well, but others say that it is still effective even after it gets cloudy.
