how much sugar would you add? really do not want it very
sweet. The sweetness scale of 10 is a little much for me.
Have you tried any other blackberry kits?

My friend made the blackberry merlot and it was better than the cab as it was not as sweet, probably the 1 you would like better. As for this kit, I would add sugar until you have an SG is approx. 1.080 1.085. I would say that would be about 3 1/2 lbs to reach that but dont take my word for that, definitely less than 5 lbs. though. Have not tried the Mosti all juice kits yet, that would be Blackberry Magic Merlot.
