Steaming Pears Step by step guide wanted please

Hi, bought a steam juicer, too many Asian pears to shake a stick at, bought all the equipment and now looking for a step by step guide to making some pear wine. Help please???

Check out my BLOG somewhere on there I have my Pear wine recipe. Also has step by step instructions on making wine with juice from a steam juicer. If you are asking about steam juicing the pears, I just quarter them and toss them in.
