Silly , silly question, but.....better safe than sorry!
I am working on revamping my cellar.
I am moving my operation out of the furnace portion of the basement (the only spot available when I first started), to the other side of the basement.
However my wine shelf and wine buckets/carboys will be within a few feet of my electric box.
Is this an issue?
I am looking forward to moving everything away from the furnance and heat ducts, but my mother in law, who I believe is overly paranoid thinks that some type of electric magnetic field is generated by the electrical junction box (fuse box).
Any forseeable issues?
