Strawberry Wine to be or not to be

I have a large amount of frozen strawberries that we picked two years ago. We washed them, capped them and run them through the food processor and frozed them in quart containers. Do you think they would make good strawberry wine or should I wait until may to pick fresh strawberries? I am new at this and I want to make the best wine that I possibly can.

Not sure why you sent them thru a processor.
That being said consider this;
Strawberry has alot of water so, you need 6-8#'s per gallon.
Put them in a straining bag for easy removal.
SG no higher than 1.085
