I started a Meglioli old vin zinfandel and a Summer Breeze. I've been pretty busy lately. I used a grape pack for the Meglioli and have a pack of raisins left over. Can I use those in the Summer Breeze? Does anyone else doctor up kit wines?
I just started making wine in May 2011 so the Summer Breezes ties me over until other wine is ready. I really looking forward to the PORT that ships next month.

Raisins can give a, well, literal raisin flavor to your wine. They are more popular added to Italian wines.

If you think you would like that flavor, go for it. However, I wouldn't add them if the summer breeze is a white wine.

Yes, but please take into account the kit. I added coconut rum to both the Banana Pineapple Viognier but don't think it would work with the Black Cherry Pinot Noir.

I haven't fortified after fermentation but many of us (myself included) will add extra sugar before fermentation to boost the final alcohol level
