Sorry no tapes..................... I just belong to the other place you posted them. Thought others here would like to see it also.
A couple ideas for your pan, depending on if you like all wood. The simplest is to go to Lowes/Home Depot and get yourself a water heater pan. Then you drill a hole for a small spout (can use pvc, etc) seal the joint with silicone. Some guys use a threaded adapter to go though it and seal with a gasket.
The other idea is to take a piece of plywood and some 1x2" pine, hemlock, whatever and build a small flat box pan. Seal it all with some food grade sealer. Then you can just drill a hole in the bottom where it will drain into a bucket, etc. This is the type setup I have on my cider press.
