Here's what's funny. This is a direct copy from their website that actually DOES make it false advertising and therefore unethical:

Yes that is good -

But I have always felt that you get better response thru word of mouth rather than advertising alone. It may appear that you are a stand up person - but the truth will always win !

That is the nice thing about the internet and forums like this one !!

There's a scene from one of my favorite movies that sticks with me... From "A Bronx Tale." Excellent movie - Deniro, Chazz Palmentari... If you're from NY or NJ, it's one of your top 5 gangster movies.

Anyway, Sonny is explaining to C (this kid growing up in the Bronx in 50's and the early 60's) the value of $20. C lent a guy $20 and hasn't paid him back. Every time the guy sees C, he ducks out on him so he avoids having to pay him back. Sonny asks C, "Do you like this kid?" And, C responds, "No, I hate him."

Sonny says, "Perfect, then it only cost you $20 to get him out of your life."

The way I see it, this lesson didn't cost me anything (the manufacturer said, "no problem, it's in the mail to you")... That's the value of a $3 lid.

The lid

OKAY I GET IT,PLENTY OF FISH IN THE SEA TO DO BUSINESS WITH.:d

Up until recently, I had no idea it was there. But, I have been there quite a bit lately. Turns out, I know the owner from my days in private practice. The manager (or at least a very seasoned employee) is a brewer at Bubee's in Lancaster. I will likely do most of my shopping there from now on. Just wish they did a buyers club or discount of some kind. They don't.

I bought a bottle sanitizer from them and discovered it was cracked. They swapped it out happily... no problem.

Yea, Tom's the owner and Brad is the manager. Brad is the brewer and good all around guy. Makes lot's of wine too. Like I said, costs a little more but there is piece of mind knowing they'll work something out if it doesn't work for you. Plus I think they are even open for limited hours on Sunday now.

This is true! Many years ago, I had been lending money to an alcoholic relative, until he owed me about $800. This was a lot of money to me at the time. At some point, I realized I was never going to get it back, so I told the person "Forget it, you don't have to pay me back, it is a gift."

The genius of this, which I did not fully appreciate at the time, was that from this point forward, this person could not really ask me to borrow any more money! I got out of a lifetime of mooching for $800. Other relatives were not so fortunate.

Wait... The Freshman? I know it's got Brando, but Matthew "someday I'll be a real boy" Broderick? He just such a wooden performer.

Watched The Departed this week. Such a great movie - I didn't even hate DiCaprio's effort. Listened to Van Morrison sing Comfortably Numb a few times after because it's that good. Awesome.
