Grapes for 2024 Available:

Pura Vida Vineyard off Creston Eureka Rd in Atascadero:
2.5 tons of Cab Sauvignon (available by the 1/2 ton) $2,800 a ton with a contract, or $3,000 a ton without a contract.
1 ton of Syrah (available by the 1/2 ton) $3,500/contract or $4,000 without.
Root stock is 1103 P (Paulson), Drought resistant
Soil is 30% sand, 30% loam and 40% clay with calcareous in places.
Vineyard manager and viticulturist is Daniel Martinez who also is the vineyard manager for Alta Colina.
Pricing is for handpicked harvesting, bins provided by the buyer.
Samples available locally from 2023 harvest.

Those prices are high for Templeton/ Paso area. You would only get those prices realistically from 3 vineyards in the entire area.
