That looks pretty cool. The local apple cider place where I get all my cider sells it in 5 gallon carboys with bung and airlock for us to make into hard cider. i bought some and made Cyser out of it and it came out awesome IMO.
 
I'm surprised I haven't heard of this place yet. I hate going out that way (always get lost) but I think this sounds like its worth a trip.
