Good stuff as usual Austin. Sounds like Manley has figured out alot of this at a very young age.

I remember reading about Manley's plantings and fruit winemaking when I first found winemakingtalk and was really surprised to see his photo. Thought he was an older wine making veteran. I really like this series just for that reason. Great job to the both of you. Austin for the writing and Manley for your "jump in with both feet" attitude!

I was shocked at his age as well. I'm only a few years older, but in his writings he comes across as a man years beyond himslef.
