So we did 52 cases this year. 26 old vine Zin, 16 Cab, 5 Merlot and 5 Petite Sirah. The Zin and Sirah we're the nicest looking grapes for sure. Fermentation started hard last night. 2 bins have BM4x4 and 2 bins with K1 v1116. I will blend later after pressing.

Picked up a 50 ratchet press last night that has been in my family for 53 years now! Looking forward to using this when fermentation is complete.

Our grapes were also from the UVA di Collina, but a different Vineyard, they didn't look that good! Guess a 4 day tractor trailer to Florida doesn't help either. Roy
