Don't you feel like Jake Blues in the church seeing the light?

It looks great. I have never done a kit wine personally, but it looks like when I did my blueberry wine earlier this year, plenty of good yeast feasting. Make sure to make yourself a spray bottle of k-meta solution and keep a spoon handy to push down that bag a couple times a day like Rich said.....

Did another stir today and checked the SG as things appeared to have slowed down - 1.060, still a long way to go. The bubble action picked up after stirring though, so I rigged the Grape pack to stay submerged.

Welcome Appfan & Glacier, I'm mostly new here also.Appfan I have only made two CC kits but they both seemed slow to ferment. Sometimes I'm a bit impatient!
