Does anybody do this?
I just racked a Winexpert mezza luna white and needed about 2 ounces more of wine to reach where I wanted. After trying the wine, it was just a touch sweet (I'm guessing because of the F-pack) so I decided to top up with 2oz of peach schnapps.
Super curious to see how it turns out.
 
Epic, I top off all the time with different Brandy's. But if my wine was too sweet I probably would have used plain Brandy, not Peach which is usually sweet on its own. I'm amazed as to how much Blackberry Brandy back sweetens my Blackberry wine. Roy
 
I just had a gallon of wine I made from orange juice that was about 4oz short so I added straight vodka to top it up.
 
The schnapps should make a good F pack. Nothing in it to cause a re-ferment
