Just joined the group and hope to get some help with my vineyard. I'm planting muscadine for now. Sent in a soil sample for testing and got the results. I need 1000 lbs of lime, 90 lbs of nitrogen, 90 lbs of phosphorous, and 90 lbs of potassium per acre. I have about 1 acre to prep. I want to stay organic. Is there a "magic" element that I can spread in one shot? (Didn't think so). The extension service suggests 3 applications over the summer months instead of all at once. Can someone tell me if I should use pellet or powdered lime and which organic elements would work best with my crop?
