About how long do wines made from Vintner's Harvest fruit bases need to be aged? In particular, Blackberry, Black Currant, and Cherry? I plan to make them at about 11% alcohol.

Thanks,

Chopper

Chopper did you start them yet? No need to age them for a long time but you want the wine to clear before bottling.

It really depends on if you sweeten them afterwards because doing that really makes the wine either drinkable then or very close to drinkable but they still do get much better with age. If not sweetening them then I would give them around 6 months before you open your first bottle to evaluate.

I can only speak for the Black Currant I have made and I will say I have to agree with wade.even with these.age does make a huge difference
