Getting ready to start the fermentation of this kit and wanted to solicit some input from the pro's here. Has anyone made this kit?

I want this one to turn out great as I have a few special occasions I would like to serve it at next year....

Can I bulk age this one? Feel free to provide your thoughts...

Anything can be bulk aged as long as you follow the rules (top off, K-Meta every 3 mo). Whites though don't need anymore than 3-6 mo max bulk aging. I have a Pinot Grigio and a Chardonnay bulk aging now for 2 months. Taste test show they are pretty much ready to go but I am going to wait another month and bottle at 3 months in glass. Thats the nice thing about Whites no 1-1.5 year waiting time!
