Hi all, I am a noob to wine making (this is my first kit) and found your forum to be quite good for advice. I am ready to stabilize and clear a WE South African Sauvignon Blanc-Semillon. The isinglass is cloudy and has flakes which i read means it is no good. Also, the WE kits call for stirring the sediment/degas/stablize.

Thanks for any and all advice, joe (aka whippetdog, since i have two whippets)

By the way, my family is convinced i will eventually blow the house up....its because my Dad tried making a fruit wine once, which apparently blew its airlock and sprayed juice all over a white sofa.
