Well. Just racked the Welch's to a carboy yesterday.....the SG had gotten down to 1.010 finally. Still watching the other two now.......the Cab/Sauv was close but will give it another day or two.


Gonna have to keep an eye on the blackberry/merlot as well. I need to go take a SG reading here in a few minutes.

Sounds good. I made one of those Island Mist Blackberry Cabernet and bumped up the alc. with more sugar and it came out really nice.


Glad to here that, I have one going now that I bumped the SG up to 1.090. It has been going for 7 days.Edited by: dizzy
