My BSG 7.8 gallon bucket barely cut it for fermenting my CCS Amarone when I added that grape pack.

I've already decided to do another CCS Amarone and have an MMM Amarone coming down the road. Needless to say, I think a 10 gallon bucket is in order.

Where are many of you getting your larger, food-grade buckets?

Cheers. :b

I bought a 10 gallon brute from Amazon. Free shipping with prime, it was not delivered by a drone. I've been really happy with the purchase for a number of reasons. The extra capacity makes whipping DB and SP a little less messy. Also, for my cleaning regimen, it's handy to have 7 gallon batches of easy clean. I still like having the 7.8 around, especially for whites.

Question.

Are you talking about the Rubbermaid Commercial Brute trash can?
