What Do You Want Santa To Bring You For Christmas

Dear Santa,
I’ve been extra good! Promise. For Christmas this year I would like:
- Maybe an 8th day to the week? Or even an extra weekend during the week would be great.
-the palate and winemaking experience of CK
-my sump pump to stop running nonstop (tho acting as my wineroom’s humidifier so not the worst thing)
-Oregon and Cali to become friends
-let’s go ahead and order a Vinmentrica
- and perhaps do away with menstrual cycles altogether? Never quite understood them - but I sure know when they’re comin!

Very true. Maybe one day I’ll get the story of that final straw.

After doing 180 gallons this year, I need to pump the brakes. I sold a 33 gallon Spiedel on Craigslist today and ordered a new “square” style 15 gallon Spiedel for about the same amount. It seems like an early Christmas present.

I’m shooting for 45 gallons next season, unless I can get enough people interested in doing a 60 gallon barrel of Mourvedre.
