What other kit could I get that would taste similiar.

I want to get a similar kit to mix with coastal white kit that I over oaked.

Other posts indicate that this is a White Burgundy style, and that is predominately Chardonnay.

Coastal White is a blend of a dozen different California grapes that shifts constantly is as specific as WE will get on record.

I've made it, and my palate guesses Viognier and/or Chardonnay, maybe some Chenin Blanc in the blend. Nice acidity, in a way reminds me of some nice Finger Lakes whites(aside from my oaking).

On a whim, I decided to age mine on some French Oak cubes(medium toast IIRC) and absolutely love it. Would like to do again, WE says it has not been discontinued but I have been unable to find it in stock at any of the retailers I am familiar with.

I don't think it is available now. I am going to try a trinity white by world vineyard
