What is wrong with this leaf?

I am unsure if it is black rot, some kind of deficiency, or latent chemical damage. We had positive chemical damage a couple of weeks ago when power company sprayed nearby, but this appears to be different and not as widespread as chemical damage. We have no fruit yet as these vines were just planted this year. We have not started any kind of spray program either. Should we spray now? And if so what?

That looks like black rot to me. I do not have a problem with it here in utah. But what I've read about it, only a good spray program through out the year will prevent it. Once you have it, there's not much you can do about it.

I posted a spray program for black rot just a few weeks ago on here. I had lost grapes 3 years before finally getting it under control. Wineries world wide are losing crops it can be so devastating. Got grapes this year but had a few clusters that were affected.

We're having significant issues with some of our vines - Lemberger and Hibernal, both planted in 2011. The vines and grapes look great until mid-July/early August. I hope the pictures show enough details, but parts of vines are dead/nearly dead, the grapes turn to shotberries, and the entire crop is lost. We have only lost a few plants, but enough to take notice. We have done a little spraying, but distance-time was a factor... ideas?

That's Black Rot. De casting to vines world wide. Clean up infected leaves and bunches called Dead Soldiers. Start the spray program listed above.
