The phrase at taste panel always is “INTERESTING “ or even “very INTERESTING “. The R&D question is always “What would you change to make it better?”
What type of shrimp sauce, a traditional soy sauce & ginger sounds good. The wheat is only a neutral carrier.

That pizza looks really good. The shrimp and waffles is beyond imagining. What made you try that?

I realize now that I was 2 pages behind in my last post. 😄

I am on holidays in Belize. This time we started in the jungle near San Ignacio (Cayo district). Great food. From burgers and curry fish fillets, to Carne Asada there have been some great treats. Tonight we went for the gut punch. They call this the Pit Platter On Crack. The Pit Platter is 5 meats, this one has 10 with 2 side salads and potatoes. They made it sound like a good share for 2.

Lord Tunderin...

I did my best! 😄

Starting at high noon pork ribs, sausage, steak, sausage, pork chops, chicken, lamb, pork belly, octopus, and shrimp. The egg? Well, protein of course!
