Hard to limit myself to just one grape. If pressed, I would have to say that my favorite is Bikovar (Hungarian Bulls Blood).
 
White Zinfandel, First wine I ever made. Finished Sg about 1.005. Was a 6 gallon batch and only have 3 bottles left.
