White film in wine

When I pour a glass of red wine I seems to get what looks like a white film on top of the wine.
I would like to know what cause this to happen ?

It could be any number of things, from powdered cleaner to undissolved sulfite, perhaps flowers of wine, or mycoderma. If you determine you have mycoderma, here‘s some reading for you from le WMT archives:

I’m currently brewing redcurrant wine in a demi-john, target about 14% abv, about half-way through fermenting. The foam on the top of the must is a nice pink, but over the past few days a small amount round the edge has gone ‘two tone’ with a layer of white foam on top of the pink.

Anybody seen this? Has it got any connection to Mycoderma?
