Hi, I'm working on my third batch of apple wine (so I'm really new to this) and primary fermentation is bubbling along. The weird thing is that there are some white spots appearing in the froth that builds up on top of the fermentor. Everything smells fine, so maybe it's OK? Please let me know if you've seen this and if there's something I should do to correct it, or just let it be. Thanks!
