A friend gave me a Costco White Zinfandel she made the first one and didn’t like it, said it was too sweet. It has a sweetener to add at the end. If I add it at fermentation will it be less sweet?
Perhaps. It depends on whether the sweetener in the f-pack (i.e., the thing it directs you to add at the end) is a fermentable sugar or not. Is there a list of ingredients for the kit? That may tell you.
