Thanks a lot for the info.

Can you please name few of the UK and EU campanies you mentioned above that ship to Cyprus? I also need to buy wine making equipment too any suggestions on that?

Thanks

Larry,

I know couple of retailers who ship overseas, but I do not know if they ship to Cyprus, you have to ask them. I am not sure I can publish links here, so better if you ask me privately via pm.

Billy8998 started out this thread asking why Cellar Craft kits aren't available in the UK. Now I want to know why the Muntons Stark Naked kits aren't available in Canada. I couldn't find them on the Muntons web-site, but here is the description from one retailer's web site:
The new stark Naked range of wine kits from Muntons has got to be the best wine kit ever produced in the history of home brew. The Stark Naked wine kit makes just 15 bottles and requires the addition of nothing !! Really... not even water ! It's true, the Stark Naked range are made of 100% pure unadulterated, non-concentrated single variety grape juice from a named vineyard. And the news gets even better, bored with the mundane merlot, and all of the other old kits ? Stark Naked have introduced 3 new varietal wine types to the home brew range - Soave, Gammay, and Barberra, as well as upgrading the old favorite - Pinot Grigio.

The very pinnacle of Home Wine Making.

As always when something says "all juice', I say "really?", but I like the 15 bottle (3 US gallon size) and wouldn't mind trying one or two. BTW, in terms of "quality in advertising"... add nothing? not even yeast? Gammay? Do you mean Gamay?

Wow now that's what I'm talking about. No concentrate, that's the way forward! Is that available UK

It is available in the UK, 4 types: Gamay, Barberra, Soave and Pinot Grigio. 15 bottles kits. Quite expensive though - 50 pounds, so it is 100 for a standard 23l carboy size. As I see they do quickly maturing varieties. You can drink them straight out of carboy.
A good news. I got a reply from the importer, they say they are now considering which CC kits to import. Earlier they were saying they did not have plans of importing them. So, hopefully, we should have them soon.
They will also be accepting orders for the KenRidge limited editions, looking at them I want them all (except probably the white one): http://www.vinecowine.com/KenRidge Showcase Collection.php

Before you believe the 'all juice' or 'no concentrate' have a good look (or good luck) at the ingredients panel on the box.

Let us know what it actually says.

I think I will give Gamay a try, will let you know what turns out.
On the box it says

100% pure unadulterated grape juice
No concentrates
No invert sugars

That's good news. Unfortunately it doesn't say 'varietal' grape juice, but that's probably just me being picky.

I think I'll look at ordering one of the stark naked kits, I don't think it's bad value overall. I'll be honest, I'm more excited about the kenridge Sangiovese and the super grape pack. Hopefully we will see cellar craft soon as well. Looks like I'm gonna be busy!!

I am not so sure about this 'varietal' thing too. In the description it says that it produces a fresh clean Beaujolais style wine. Gamay is the main variety in Beaujolais, so may be it is true. But to be honest I do not know how it compare with Winexpert Gamay which it excellent straight out of carboy.
