There is probably a weight measurement of potassium metabisulphite that would be the same, but I don't know what that is.

If I am doing 3 -4 gallons, I use 1/8 tsp potassium metabisulphite (Kmeta) (if it's closer to 4 gallons, I use a heaping 1/8 tsp). If I am doing 5 or 6 gallons, I use 1/4 tsp Kmeta.

I do this when I have multiple 1 gallon jugs. However, if you have Campden, going with 1 tablet per 1 US gallon / 4 liters is the easier choice.
