Mosti Mondiale wine conditioner

I will be starting a MM Reserva Mondiale white zin that includes a bottle of wine conditioner. I did a search for this item and it seems like you have to add it after the sorbate. according to MM directions you do not add the sorbate until just before bottling, so it sounds like you want to add it also just before bottling. I would like to know if this is the correct time and do I add the whole bottle or add to taste. thanks, Ron.

I add mine after I add the sorbate....If you age the wine for a while, be sure to add some K-Meta with it also..

Since it is your wine you may add as much or as little of the wine conditioner as you like. You must add the conditioner after the sorbate and I would do all of the additions about a week before bottling, as the conditioners sometimes cause a little haze that will settle out.
