Wine sitting no k-meta

I have a raspberry wine that has been sitting for a long time and I haven't put k-meta in it for probably 10 months. Its had no exposure to air, the airlock is still intact. Will the wine be ok? I want to bottle it this weekend, is there anything I should do before hand?

Well, if it were I, I would open it, taste a glass, and add k-meta.
