Hi we are Jen & Phil, and we are wine making addicts! The wife and I got into this hobby a few years ago and needless to say has become an obsession. Though we just do kits, we're having a blast and enjoying the fruits of our labor tremendously! Looking forward to learning more and hope to help those we can.

Welcome to the forum, Jen & Phil. I also started out the way you did and I still do make several select kits each year. I would suggest taking the next step and trying to buy fresh grape juice when it's available. The Chilean becomes available in the early spring and california and local juice in the fall. Most important thing is keep having fun!
