High alcohol content.

A winemaker I know had gotten some 37 year old wine found buried in an old cellar. He said it was one of the most awesome things he ever drank. So I'm not even sure about age.
 
Lots of factors age is a big one as well as temps and alcohol those are the bug three ( barring ph )
 
Smoking, drinking, drugs and rock-and-roll.

The same thing that's going to kill me some day!
