hi, I want to make some peach wine i have a pack of yeast cote de blanc I plan on making a gallon batch. The packet says its enough to make 5 gallons do i use the whole pack or split it?

I always use a full package for a one gallon batch or a five gallon batch. It's cheap enough and it isn't going to hurt anything.

I kept finding partial packs in my fridge. Might as well use it all. Although, I did just use an old pack of indeterminate age to make my apple wine. Worked fine.

YEP! the whole pack. Next time make a larger batch. Alot of work for 4 bottles.
I made 12 gallons so far 2-6gallon batches.
Cote des Blanc is all I use for fruit wines
