    great labels guys. Mike - what about Rio Loco Rojo as for the dragon pic, go green and be happy that your wife has taken an active interest in the hobby! it will help later on when you're wanting to purchase bigger more expensive equipment.

    eastern iowa is better than central iowa, where abouts you looking at relocating to? i'm in fort dodge so i either travel to des moines to beer crazy or order online, but eastern iowa has a few brew shops

    What goes with pork tenderloin?

    no one has suggested baked beans? baked beans brown sugar alittle ketchup mustard and worchester sauce. all mixed up in a pan and placed below the pork tenderloin on a rotissere. :d

    we've done the blueberry pinot noir and and pommegranate zin. both turned out great, 2# sugar added and 1+ years age on them, i have the green apple kit staring at me ready to go just haven't had free time to do it... maybe tonight.

    Blueberry Pomegranite

    typically frozen juice makes up 2 quarts of juice to drink, so 2 cans would be the right amount for a 1 gallon batch of drinking juice. i agree with julie here that for wine purposes 2 cans is a bit light, three seems about right for me, then i usually use 1 can per gallon to backsweeten.
