Marijuana surpasses alcohol in daily use for Americans, study finds

Speaking as a retired chemist in a State where cannabis is legal. You can eat all the bud you want and NOT get high unless it is "carbed". @mainshipfred speaketh the truth. You have to heat up bud in an oven beforehand at a certain time and temp or smoke it in order to get the buzz.

New crusher destemmer added to my vineyard

So a retired (mechanical engineer) friend of mine rigged this up for me. This motor used a serpentine belt and he had a custom made serpentine pulley machined to fit. The electronics package slides into place and is held with a pin and cotter key. When you are done and ready to cleanup the...

Here in the Southwest one of the staple uses for a whole roasted green chile is whats commonly called Chile Relleno. You carefully open the top and de-seed and then stuff the middle of the pepper with your choice of cheese. Then dip into an egg batter and deep fry in a pan until golden brown.

How spicy is Hatch chile? Hatch peppers can range from 1,000 – 8,000 in Scoville Heat Units – for perspective, they generally fall between the mild spice of a poblano or Anaheim chili pepper and can heat up towards a jalapeno or habanero on the Scoville Scale. They sell them here in marked...

Well green chile' roasting season has begun in earnest a week earlier than even last year! Once upon a time it happened in late August and was a sign that Fall was just around the corner. Now its late July. They do look spectacular this year. Chile does not like heavy rain. They water...

That's exactly how my C/D was rigged up. Found a basically like new treadmill at the dump and scavenged the motor and controls off of it.
