    Flavor Pack for Strawberry Wine

    Does anyone have a recipe/ know how on how to make a flavor pack for my strawberry wine? I want it to be sweet with a good strawberry taste. Can anyone help me?

    Probably about 76 degrees, yea I was shocked myself but I checked it with 3 hydrometers and all said the same, ill post a pic if you want to see

    So as of this morning here is how my strawberry wine is doing: Day 0: S.G. = 1.086 Day 1: S.G. = 1.070 Day 2: S.G. = 1.004 When should I transfer to my Carboy?

    Just introduced my little yeast cells to my 3 gallons of white wine. The yeast was producing smoothly in their starter so I dumped then into the primary.

    Yea I wanted to use as much real juice and less water as possible, but after those 12 cans of juice and 1 gal of water I was at like 1.140, I had to add a little more water to get it down to 1.094.
