Hello again. Today I made my second batch of wine. Today I made white wine out of 100% juice concentrate. I made 3 gallons. This is what I used:
12 cans of welch's 100% pure white grape juice concentrate
1 gallon of welch's 100% pure grape juice
1 lb of raisins (for body)
3 campden tablets (KMS)
1.5 gallon of water
1.5 tsp of pectic enzyme
3 tsp of acid blend
I didn't have to add any sugar. My S.G. was 1.092, and my pH is 3.28. How does that sound? Did I miss anything? I know making wine out of concentrate isn't the "preferred" method of making wine but right now I'm on a budget so this is what I came up with.
