    you can ask anyone I stand by most of my offers at least for grapes course my wine has been accused of being rocket fuel but don't know that I've had to many decline getting more lol

    with me if I've got plenty of grapes(muscadines only) I'll use all the grapes I can get for the primary and ferment either to dry or close to it then if needed I'll add water but never plain always make a syrup with it.

    if your wanting to go without the hydrometer you can do like i always did before I started using a hydrometer, when the skins/must start to drop or no longer make a regular cap like they've done throughout the fermentation then it's time to press. You can tell this as the skins will look...

    fastest I've had any go is probly abit over 3 months but that was an oddity never had one clear that quick before it was a bronze was really odd but wicked good. Sorry to say it didn't last long at all... most will clear fairly decent in 6 to 8 months if your wanting it no dropping anything...

    I really don't think you'd need an F-pack with any of the muscadines unless you added a ton of water muscadines are really good for keeping their flavor even with water added....sorry just don't see how an F-pack is really needed.

    you can use the paint bags instead of getting the gallon size get the 5 gallon size and just leave it open, you know pull the elastic over the top of the bucket sides

    you could always try a little WD-40 lol just kidding seriously you can get an extremely sharp knife one used for fileting and split it in the center once you try with the corker and only if it doesn't work
