Welcome to WMT! Lots of tropical fruit makers here. Although I would wager not many making wine from the fruit of the cashew apple (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cashew). I myself was surprised about 10 years ago to learn about how cashew nuts are formed, and about the fruit that comes with it!

I use a cheap white wine, a splash of apple cider vinegar, and some dish soap. White wine allows me to see how many buggers I got! 🪰🪰🪰🪰
