Started the S. A. Shiraz tonight. Starting sg : 1.092 Smelled great. Cool labels too !

Mine will be arriving next week so I need to get some bottling done to make room for a few primaries.


I washed enough bottles this morning for the three reds that are ready to bottle.

3 reds = 90 bottles = masta be busy (Debbie be happy) = masta be happy

Deba doesn't like the dry reds so masta be more happy cause they all for him in a year or so when they are done aging.
I normally bottle a combo of 12-1.5L and 6-750 ml bottles but this time around I am using more 750ml and less mags since I need to use up some of the inventory of empty 750 ml.
