I have always insisted that this is a wine for the people. Everywhere. I have had many, many correspondence with hundreds of people across the world via e-mail---independant of this web site---regarding their love for this wine. It never ceases to amaze me. There are currently people in China, New Zealand, Italy, Belguim, Switzerland, Puerto Rico, and Ireland (to name a few) making Dragon Blood. Not to mention the many wonderful folks here in the states cranking it out. Not eveyone around the globe can find the triple berry blend, so many are making it out of what's on hand. Follow recipe, insert fruit of choice, make wine. What could be easier!
As I continue to insist, I am just the messenger. It is all the great people making it (like you, Silver Award Winner!) that has turned this recipe into something wonderful...and international. You all humble me...
