Has anyone used the Aeration-Oxidation method to test for free SO2? Specifically, the test set up that used an aquarium pump to blow air through the wine sample? Looking for thoughts/experience with the test/advice, etc.
I know the Accuvin tests are popular with those in the forum, but I am looking to expand my horizons a little in the testing realm. Any info/wisdom would be much appreciated. Thanks
