Hello All: Can you help me out? I would like to try the Alexanders concentrates for a couple of reasons:
1. Cheap only 20 dollars a can.
2. Makes 3 gallons as compared to 6 gallons of wine.
I am looking to make 3 gallon batches for now.

Can you please give me some feedback on using this concentrate? Will it make a good wine? Is it worth persuing?

I thought of doing the same once and read in these forums that you probably need 3 cans for 6 gallons or it will come out thin. I've heard others using these to add body to a fruit wine also. If you are trying to save money, I would just get a WE VR kit - they are mostly 50-65$, which is pretty cheap. Some of the VR kits are pretty good and some are a little thin but they are a good value if you are on the cheap.
