Looking for comments. Using AllJuice kit (Shiraz/Cab). After first racking to carboy realized i had added yeast nutrient during primary fermentation instead of in carboy as directions said. S/G at 1.000. Will it be okay as is or do i need to add additional nutrient? Appear to be little fermentation at the point. Thanks for comments

You should be fine ... I made a kit once and forgot to putthe nutrientin and the yeast finished to dry.

Just keep an eye on the SG level. You should see it drop to somewhere around .996 ... if for some reason it gets stuck just jump back on here and you will get plenty of help.
